back on the horse…

So last week was a really off week. I could get really discouraged if I tried to make up last week, so I decided to just pick up where I was scheduled today.

Stretch and strengthen = over an hour on WiiFit.

And I kicked it.

Bring it on, Run Schedule. Bring it on.
